El interés de este trabajo se centra en la investigación básica sobre el metabolismo nitrogenado en CTV de C. roseus. En base a lo anterior, los objetivos planteados fueron los siguientes: 1) Estudiar el crecimiento de tejidos de Catharanthus roseus, cultivados en diferentes fuentes de nitrógeno (nitrato, amonio y una mezcla de ambos). 2) Determinar el efecto de la fuente nitrogenada en la actividad de las siguientes enzimas: glutamino sintetasa (GS), glutamato sintasa (GOGAT) y deshidrogenasa glutámica (GDH), a lo largo del ciclo de crecimiento. 3) Cuantificar las concentraciones (pozas metabólicas) de proteínas, aminoácidos, nitratos, nitritos y amonio durante el período de crecimiento. |
