En el presente trababjo se caracterizó el comportamiento de la enzima triptofano descarboxilasa durante el cultivo in vitro de raíces transformadas de Catharanthus roseus. Asímismo, se cuantificó el contenido de alcaloides totales y en particular de ajmalicina catarantina. Se purificó a la enzima, a partir de raíces transformadas, las cuales presentaban una alta actividad enzimática y se generaron anticuerpos policlonales contra esta enzima con el fin de utilizarlos posteriormente en estudios de regulación |
