Se describe el desarrollo del microgametofito de T. erecta y su correlación con la longitud de los flósculos; así mismo se evalúa el nivel de desarrollo de las inflorescencias, mostrando sus limitaciones como una variable que se correlacione con la ontogenia del grano de polen, al estar determinado por la edad de la planta y el número de cortes realizados. Adicionalmente, se establece un protocolo que permite separar diferentes estadíos del desarrollo de grano de polen, empleando un gradiente de densidad con Ficoll |
