Se presenta la obtención de un banco de ADNs complementarios provenientes de ARNm de raíces transformadas de C. roseus. La obtención del banco de cADN permitirá en un futuro realizar estudios bioquímicos y fisiológicos relacionados con la vía metabólica de los alcaloides indólicos. También permitirá sobreexpresar los genes de las enzimas ya conocidas de la vía y de esta forma tratar de encontrar el o los puntos de regulación |
