El objetivo general de esta línea de investigación es ele de establecer colonias de hongos micorrízicos en raices cultivadas in vitro y el escalamiento de dicha asociación la cual permitirá producir inóculo micorrízico bajo condiciones controladas, garantizar que se trata de un hongo en particular y no de una mezcla o en su caso producir mezclas específicas de hongos con los cuales se quiera inocular un cultivo en particular. También tiene como objetivo establecer la metodología para inducir la micorrización vesículo-arbuscular in vitro entre Acaulospora scrobiculata y raices transformadas de Daucus carota |
