Zur Aufklärung des Bedarfs an Aminosäuren frisch geschlüpfter Jungbienen wurde die Zunahme ihres Trokkengewichtes und Stickstoffgehalts bestimmt, bei Verfütterung von Diäten, welche anstatt Eiweiss ein Gemisch aus 17 Aminosäuren enthielten. Durch wechselweises Fortlassen je einer der 17 Aminosäuren konnte gezeigt werden, dass für gutes Wachstum die folgenden Aminosäuren notwendig sind: Arginin, Histidin, Lysin, Phenylalanin, Tryptophan, Leuzin, Isoleuzin, Methionin, Threonin und Valin. Nicht notwendig waren: Glykokoll, Alanin, Serin, Zystin, Tyrosin, Prolin, Oxyprolin, Glutaminsäure und Asparaginsäure |
