Las fitasas catalizan la hidrolisis del fitato (myo-inositol hexakisfosfato) en myoinositol y fósforo inorgánico. En el presente estudio se aisló y clonó un gen que codifica para fitasa del hongo filamentoso; Volutella sp cepa THZS24. El gen de fitasa de Volutella mostró una similitud del 98 por ciento, con el gen PhyA de Aspergillus niger. La secuencia de aminoácidos presentó una similitud del 94 por ciento con la proteina PhyA y tienen una identidad del 25-31 por ciento comparado con otras fosfatasas ácidas de histidina. La presencia de regiones concenso de intrones indican que la secuencia fue aislada a partir de ADN genómico. |
