Summary, etc. Biomolecular condensates are increasingly being recognized as a fundamental mechanism for the organization of the intracellular space. Powers et al. and Jing et al. have demonstrated that a cytoplasmic condensation of AUXIN RESPONSE FACTOR (ARF)transcription factors restrains auxin responses, acting as an additional regulatory layer in the auxin-mediated control of plant development.
