Este libro es producto del trabajo colaborativo realizado por investigadores de la Universidad Autónoma de Chiapas (UNACH), la Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM) y la Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala (USAC). En el 2012 se realizaron los acuerdos para iniciar los trabajos que dieron origen a dos seminarios en el año 2013, el primero en la Facultad de Contaduría y Administración Campus I de la UNACH, en Tuxtla Gutiérrez Chiapas, y el segundo en la Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana Unidad Azcapotzalco, en la ciudad de México. En esta sesión, se incorporó a los compromisos de participación y revisión técnica, la Red Mexicana de Investigadores en Estudios Organizacionales (REMINEO). La publicación tuvo como primer objetivo presentar los temas relevantes que ocupan a los investigadores de las tres Universidades participantes, agrupados en tres grandes temáticas: 1. Mipymes, 2. Empresas Familiares y 3. Organizaciones y Temas Emergentes. Durante el proceso de integración, con la participación de la REMINEO se incluyeron trabajos de investigadores de otras instituciones educativas afiliados a la Red que demostraron interés en los temas tratados. De esta forma, por último el libro incluye 20 capítulos de los cuales, seis están relacionados con la micro, pequeña y mediana empresa; seis con la empresa familiar y ocho con temas emergentes en el ámbito organizacional, destinándose un apartado por cada rubro. |
