Tema(s): Recursos en línea: Resumen: There are many new analytical techniques for the characterization of resin-bound substrates and solid-phase reaction monitoring. The aim of this review is to focus on applications of the different IR techniques used in solid-phase synthesis highlighting some of the recent advances in the field that allow us to obtain more than just the usual qualitative information. Many examples will be discussed where these new IR techniques have been used for mechanistic and kinetic studies of solid-phase reactions
