The essential oil from the different parts (inflorescences, stems + leaves and roots)of Eryngium glaciale Boiss. gathered in Sierra Nevada (Spain)has been extracted by steam distillation and analysed by gas chromatography and gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry.
