The present paper deals with the relativistic (special)theory of micropolar media. It extends the account on the cIassicaI theory, presented in Part I, to the domain of the special theory of relativity. Kinematics, balance laws, and constitutive theory are established and employed to develop a relafivistic theory of thermoelasticity
