Recursos en línea: Resumen: C-NMR spectra of hydroxylated flavones and flavonols are presented for the first time. Analyses of the spectra are derived by consideration of a series of acetophenones, cinnamic acids, flavones and flavonols of increasing oxygenation pattern. The accepted substjtution additivity rules have been shoun to hold for these compounds except in cases where structural modifi~tions involve the C-3.4 and 5 positions.
