Recursos en línea: Resumen: When 2,5_djhydroxyunthraquinone (AnthraruJn)and I,8-dihydroxyanthra-quinone (Chrysazin)were nitrated using a mixture of concentrated sulfuric and nitric acids in the presence of boric acidat IO-2S"C, three major products formed in each reu~tion. The products were separated by ions-pressure column chromatography and identified by ' H-NMR andmass spectrometr~c analyses in tandem. The products identified result from the mono-, di- and tetranitration of these dihydroxya~thraqainones.
