Recursos en línea: Resumen: In this article, the author details his expedition in the Lower Madidi River, Northern Bolivia to collect various palm flora in the area. He states that the flora and fauna of the rain forest and savanna bordering the river in the lowland Amazon has not been explored, and his collections represents the first specimens from that area. He discusses his discoveries which include Astrocaruym huaimi, Bactris concinna, and Geonoma deversa. Several images related to his travels are also presented.
