  • Henry, R. J
Tema(s): Recursos en línea: Resumen: The successful extraction of DNA from fungal isolates is essential to the investigation of fungal genetics at a molecular level (Graham et al. 1994). The ever increasing array of molecular techniques available to scientist and clinician has provided a means for more detailed investigations into genetic diversity, reproduction, population biology and phylogenetics of fungi (Chihlar and Sypherd, 1980; Cuberta et al. 1991). This understanding of molecular based genetics has also produced an increasing series of diagnostic assays with higher specificities and increased sensitivity.
