Understanding Statistics covers in one volume the statistical topics required for Advanced-Level Mathematics and Further Mathematics. It also covers Advanced-Level Statistics and is a very useful text for undergraduates needing a background knowledge of the subject. The authors are both experienced teachers and examiners. Their aim has been to present a wide range of statistical ideas in a simple and enjoyable style.
