Antifungal activity of fruit pulp extract from Bromelia pinguin

<br/><br/> The methanol extract of the fruit pulp of Bromelia pinguin was evaluated for its antifungal activity. The extract showed a significant activity against some Trichophyton strains, although Candida strains were generally insensitive.
