In vitro culture as a method for vegetative propagation of Euphorbia pulcherrima

<br/><br/> Numerous buds are obtained directly on petiole or internode expiants of Euphorbia pulcherrima «Paul Mikkelsen» cultured in vitro. It is also possible to establish a caulogenetic callus starting from internode expiants. Especially cytokinins seem to play an important role in the organisation of these phenomena. Subsequent rooting of shooted buds is possible.
