Three new species of Tournefortia (Boraginaceae)from the Andes and comments on the manuscripts of EP Killip

<br/><br/> Tournefortia latisepala is described as new along with T. pauciflora, an unpublished species of E. P. Killip, and T. killipii, a new species named in honor of the discoverer. The existence of Killip's unpublished manuscripts on the Andean species of Cordia and Tournefortia is acknowledged and the possibility of their publication is discussed.
