Una vez mas el proyecto del bacanora es tema de actualidad. El Centro de Investigación en Alimentación y Desarrollo, A.C. impulsa, de nueva cuenta, una destacada investigación para posicionar este proyecto en lo que constituye ahora un verdadero plan de impacto estatal para beneficio de miles de familias de la sierra sonorense, quienes cosecharán sus frutos en materia de generación de empleos, ingresos y arraigo. Lo anterior deriva del estudio sistemático de aspectos tan relevantes como la propagación del agave, el establecimiento de plantaciones comerciales, así como los aspectos de organización, financiamiento y comercio de nuestro prestigio mezcal. |
